Willis & Bowring
Probate & Estate Litigation
Probate and estate litigation deal with legal conflicts arising from the administration of a deceased person’s estate. This includes disputes over the validity of wills, challenges to executors, conflicts among beneficiaries, and issues related to asset distribution. The goal is to resolve these matters through legal proceedings and ensure a fair distribution of the deceased person’s assets according to their wishes.
- Letters of Administration: We assist in obtaining Letters of Administration, enabling the administration and distribution of estates when there is no valid will in place.
- Claims Against Wills: If you believe you have a valid claim against a will, our team can provide expert guidance and representation.
- Letters of Administration: Legal documents granted by a court to appoint administrators to manage the estate of a deceased person who left no will.
- Family Agreements: We help families navigate complex agreements related to estate matters, ensuring clarity and fairness.

Losing a loved one is never easy, and the legal complexities of estate matters can add to the emotional burden. At Willis & Bowring, we’re dedicated to providing compassionate support and expert legal assistance to ensure that the wishes of the departed are honoured, and your rights are protected.
