Tess joined Willis & Bowring in 2022, as a graduate Solicitor in our Property Team.

She completed a Bachelor of Laws and a Bachelor of Arts majoring in International Relations at the University of Wollongong in 2020. Tess completed her Graduate Diploma of Legal Practice with a Distinction average in 2022 and holds a Certificate of Legal Tech and Business Skills. Tess aspires to specialise in Property Law.

Tess’s key areas of interest are:-
– The sale and purchase of commercial, retail and industrial property.
– Residential conveyancing.
– Sale and purchase of businesses and companies.
– Commercial and retail lease transactions.

Tess is a competent and ambitious graduate who brings to our busy team, a passion and drive to strive for excellence and produce meaningful results and ensure satisfaction for our clients. She is enthusiastic and eager to grow her career defining her skills in the legal industry.

After growing up overseas, Tess has established her roots in the Sutherland Shire and has worked in the local real estate industry for over 6 years. Outside of work Tess enjoys spending time with family and friends and attending the gym regularly.

In 2022, Tess joined the esteemed Property & Commercial Team here at Willis & Bowring. Her educational background is impressive, having graduated with credit averages in both a Bachelor of Laws and a Bachelor of Arts (International Relations) from the University of Wollongong in 2020, and achieving a distinction average in her Graduate Diploma of Legal Practice in 2022.
