Kaitlin joined Willis & Bowring in September 2022 as a paralegal in our Family Law Team. Kaitlin graduated with a Bachelor of Laws and a Bachelor of Commerce majoring in Management with Distinction in 2023. In August 2023, Kaitlin completed her Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice through the College of Law and will be admitted to practice in October 2023. Kaitlin has also completed her certificate in Legal Tech and Business Skills.

Kaitlin is passionate about all aspects of family law, including;
– Parenting.
– Divorce.
– Property settlements.
– Consent Orders.

Kaitlin and works closely within our Family Law Team to achieve the best outcomes for each and every client. Kaitlin believes in creating strong relationships with clients and has a focus on clear and effective communication in all aspects of her matters. Kaitlin has had extensive exposure to various processes within the Federal Circuit and Family Court of Australia. Kaitlin is also proficient in alternate dispute resolution measures, such as mediations prior to commencement of court proceedings.

Kaitlin is eager to grow her career within the family law space and endeavours to assist clients to resolve their matter in a cost effective and timely manner.

Outside the office, Kaitlin is deeply involved with her local netball club within Sutherland Shire Netball Association and she also loves to read.

Joining Willis & Bowring as a paralegal in September 2022, Kaitlin swiftly proved her prowess in family law, backed by her extensive education completed in 2023. Adept at various legal processes and alternative dispute resolutions, she is set to be officially admitted to practice in October 2023. Kaitlin is passionate about fostering strong client relationships through clear communication.
