Family Law

Family law encompasses legal matters related to family relationships. It covers issues like marriage, divorce, child custody, adoption, spousal and child support, as well as family violence. The primary focus is on resolving disputes fairly, with consideration for the best interests of individuals, especially children. Key areas include marriage and divorce, child custody, child support, adoption, domestic violence, and prenuptial/postnuptial agreements.
