Elaine acquired her Conveyancer’s License in 2004 while serving as a legal secretary. Her career has been marked by diverse experiences in several firms, where she concentrated on residential conveyancing, mortgagee in possession matters, and off-the-plan conveyancing. In October 2018, Elaine became a valued member of our team after successfully running her own conveyancing business for nine years in the St George district.
Outside the professional realm, Elaine is a devoted mother to two children and finds joy in the realms of literature and music during her leisure time. Notably, she possesses proficiency in reading and writing Chinese and is fluent in Mandarin. Her cultural aptitude and linguistic skills add a valuable dimension to our team, ensuring effective communication and understanding in diverse contexts.
Since obtaining her Conveyancer’s License in 2004, Elaine has amassed extensive experience in various firms, specialising in residential conveyancing before establishing her own business in the St George district. A fluent Mandarin speaker who can read and write Chinese, she joined our firm in October 2018, and enjoys reading and music in her time away from her busy career and parenting duties.
