Family Law Solicitor

About the Role

Working with an existing client base and referral network, and also working on developing and fostering new business through networking and marketing opportunities, your case load will span a range of family law issues including parenting matters and child support maters, property and financial settlements including complex financial structures inclusive of companies and trusts, divorce and separation issues, de-facto relationships and Binding Financial Agreement matters. You will undertake all negotiations with a view to achieving positive outcomes to your clients and will manage your matters through to settlement with assistance and mentoring from the current team if needed.

The ideal candidate will have:

· 3-5 years of experience in family law, including expertise in parenting matters, financial agreements, property settlements, and divorce proceedings.

· Essential court and litigation experience, showcasing your prowess in legal proceedings.

· Outstanding communication skills to effectively engage with clients and colleagues.

· A keen eye for detail coupled with strong time management and organizational abilities.

· Ability to thrive both independently and collaboratively in a dynamic team environment.
