Kelly Weston


Kelly was admitted as a Solicitor in 2002 and has worked primarily in litigious areas of law both in the CBD and the Sutherland Shire. Kelly joined Willis & Bowring in October 2018 after completing her Associate Diploma in Applied Law focusing on Elder law. Kelly is expecting to complete her Masters of Laws degree, majoring in Wills and Estates, in late 2019.

Over the course of Kelly’s career, she has worked closely with many clients, helping them navigate through the Courts system in a cost effective and informed manner. She regularly appears in the Supreme Court of NSW for Contested Probate Applications and Contested Estates. Kelly’s current area of practice incorporates Estate Administration including Applications for Probate and Letters of Administration, as well as Estate Planning for individuals and couples, taking into consideration each party’s particular needs and circumstances in a timely and efficient manner.
