Elliot was admitted as a solicitor of the Supreme Court of NSW in 2016 after being awarded a Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice by the College of Law Sydney and a Bachelor of Laws and Bachelor of International Studies by the University of Wollongong.
He is passionate about criminal law and strives to achieve the best legal outcomes for his clients. He comes to the firm after working as a criminal lawyer at the Aboriginal Legal Service NSW/ACT Limited and completing his practical legal training at Legal Aid NSW.
Elliot is able to provide you with pratical legal advice from the outset of your criminal matter and has the experience to guide you through the legal process no matter how serious the charge. He is able to appear for you in any criminal law matter throughout NSW.
Elliot has a particular interest in social justice and ensuring that vulnerable and disadvantaged clients are able to protect and assert their legal rights in the criminal justice system.
In addition to his criminal practice, Elliot has a keen interest in the areas of civil, commercial and Intellectual Property Law. He has experience in commercial lease disputes and civil litigation including debt recovery. He is able to provide you with the right advice to resolve your dispute in a practical and cost effective way so that you achieve the best possible outcome.
