Adeline has been working in the Estate Planning & Elder Law Division of Willis & Bowring Solicitors since August 2006.
Adeline graduated from the University of Wollongong with a Bachelor of Laws, a Bachelor of Arts (History, Politics and International Studies) and a Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice and was admitted to practice in the Supreme Court of New South Wales. Adeline further undertook the Foundation Tax course through the Taxation Institute of Australia following her admission to practice.
Adeline practices in the Estate Planning & Elder Law Division of Willis & Bowring as a Solicitor. Adeline can assist clients with all aspects of Estate Planning including the implementation of Wills (in particular sophisticated Testamentary Trust wills), Powers of Attorney, Enduring Guardianships, Superannuation Death Benefit Nominations and related documents.
Adeline can also assist clients to properly gift the control of entities that a person manages (i.e. private companies and/or trusts whereby the client is a director/shareholder or trustee) to the appropriate person(s) in the event of their death and/or incapacity.
Furthermore, Adeline can provide advice to clients regarding Retirement Village Contracts and Aged Care Agreements.
Adeline is passionate about obtaining peace of mind for her clients in relation to their Estate Planning and Elder Law needs.
Outside of the office, Adeline is also a Director on the Board of a local Aged Care Facility and is currently undertaking a Master of Laws, majoring in Wills and Estates.
