Our staff have many years of experience in reviewing the necessary contracts and agreements and to assist clients in relation to moving into a Retirement Village or Aged Care Facility. We can also assist clients with applications to the Guardianship Division of the NSW Civil and Administrative Tribunal (NCAT) for Financial Management and Guardianship Orders for someone who has lost capacity.
